We offer two shipping options. Standard Shipping takes 2β4 business days. Express Shipping delivers next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over β¬50. For orders under β¬50, a flat shipping fee of β¬4.90 applies. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@pawlifeessentials.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Shipping Policy

PawLifeEssentials ships from our warehouse in Hong Kong to customers across Europe. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping
Delivery within 5–10 business days. The cost is €4.90 per order, or free on all orders over €50.
Express Shipping
Delivery within 2–4 business days. The cost is €9.90 per order.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT (Hong Kong Time) on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to follow your parcel in real time via the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
As our shipments originate from Hong Kong, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@pawlifeessentials.com) before the 14-day period expires. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You will bear the direct cost of return shipping.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of heavy use, pet damage beyond normal testing, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and components.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pet beds, training pads) must be unused and sealed to qualify for a return.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or variant? We offer free exchanges. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap — no additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
