We offer two shipping options. Standard Shipping takes 2–4 business days. Express Shipping delivers next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@pawlifeessentials.com and we'll sort it out right away.
All of our products are made from non-toxic, certified pet-safe materials and are rigorously tested before being listed. That said, every pet is different — we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific suitability information and consulting your vet if your pet has any known sensitivities or health conditions.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes! We currently ship to Croatia, Greece, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Lithuania. International orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days. We're working on expanding to more countries — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we add new shipping destinations.
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawlifeessentials.com or call us at +852 2134 9732 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, but you can still return it under our 30-day return policy.
